The former “Friends” star is one of the few celebrities who looks stunning being in her early fifties. It’s like she does not age. Very often when people talk about her secret for staying young, her rhinoplasty is mentioned.

Aniston never denied that she had the surgery. She has been pretty candid about it. In an interview with People magazine (https://people.com/celebrity/exclusive-interview-jennifer-aniston/) she revealed how she had a deviated septum fixed. She referred to her rhinoplasty as the best thing she ever did. It must have been a life-changing procedure for her as it helped her sleep “like a baby for the first time in years” as she put it.
We think that the flashbacks on Friends’ episode “The One With the Prom Video.” was inspired by the actress’s real-life big nose, though her nose in this episode is excessively big. This is probably how she would have looked if she didn’t get her nose fixed. We are glad she did.
Surgery to correct a deviated septum
Jennifer Aniston’s nose job is what many would call a successful celebrity plastic surgery. She had a rhinoplasty in her twenties to correct a deviated septum which improved her breathing. It was not a cosmetic procedure as rumours have been speculating for years but we have to agree that she may have asked her surgeon for a more natural-looking nose tip and bridge which explains her changed nose shape after the surgery.
She must have been so pleased with the results as her nose looks very natural and the procedure did not mess up the natural proportions of her face. The surgery only improved her looks.

Two rhinoplasty
Aniston had her first rhinoplasty before she rose to fame thanks to the 90s sitcom Friends. She later had another nose surgery two years after her divorce from Brad Pitt, which was in 2007 (https://www.closerweekly.com/posts/jennifer-aniston-nose-job-before-and-after-127801/ ) The second nose job was to “correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago,” as it was reported by her rep. This means her first surgery was done somewhere around 1994-95. It must have been before she started Friends as we don’t remember her character Rachel Green with a big nose.
TMZ (https://www.tmz.com/2007/01/26/aniston-picks-a-fight-over-nose-job-story/ ) reported that Aniston accused surgeon Dr Raj Kanodia who performed her surgery of leaking the information to the press but the allegations were denied by the Surgeon. Aniston often jokes about her plastic surgery. She described in an episode of Inside the Actors Studio (http://jezebel.com/5820575/jennifer-aniston-basically-admits-to-nose-job ) how during a softball game, a ball came flying and hit her face and broke her nose.

Aniston has been scrutinized for years in the media as she seems to age very slowly compared to other actors her age. Though she has many health routines to stay fresh, we have to agree that her rhinoplasty and her good genes helped her to maintain a youthful appearance.
