Lisa Kudrow Life-Altering Rhinoplasty
Lisa Kudrow had her nose reshaped very early. At only 16, she had a rhinoplasty and it was not for medical reasons. For her, the surgery was life-altering. Just like her former Friends co star Jennifer Aniston who also had a rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum, Kudrow’s surgery was to improve her look and it only changed her life for the better. We consider Kudrow’s nose job to be a successful celebrity plastic surgery but the story behind it is heartbreaking. She was so unhappy when she looked at herself in the mirror that she decided to do something about it.
Struggles in high school
Kudrow has no regrets for going under the knife at the young age of 16. She had her rhinoplasty during summer before joining a new high school so that people wouldn’t know how she looked before. For her, it was the best decision she ever made. “That was a good, good, good change,” she said.

She had the surgery after some very difficult times in junior high. Her two best friends back then just decided they no longer want to be friends with her. They got tired of her being a tag-along as they knew some people that Kudrow didn’t. They just told her to ‘see what would happen if we weren’t here.’ Kudrow recollected those as being hard times.
Her high school years before the surgery have not been the best years of her life. Kudrow felt isolated after her two friends abandoned her. Thankfully, her big sister came to her rescue and would pick Kudrow up for lunch since she had no one to eat with.
Life after her rhinoplasty
Kudrow’s success in the entertainment industry speaks for itself. She was set to become a headache specialist, like her father, it was during her years in college that she fell in love with entertainment. And we sure are glad she did, and her millions of fans worldwide would agree that no other actress could replace her in her most iconic roles.

Also there were not many photos of a young Lisa Kudrow on the web compared to other celebrities, pictures of her pre-rhinoplasty that is. Still, the only image of her nose before her surgery is one from her highschool yearbook. Though she doesn’t say that she won’t ever do it, Botox, filler or plastic surgery scares her saying “I think everyone’s beautiful when they’re smiling.”

Kudrow’s rhinoplasty is definitely a succesful celebrity cosmetic surgery. It not only improved her life during her teenage years but gave her enough confidence to join the entertainment industry where looks are always scrutinized.
