How it is built

• Every claim rests on a public source: a journal paper, a society page, a meeting program, a surgeon's own website, or a person's own words. Sources are linked so a reader can go and check.
• The Top 50 score is our own construction from public records: publications, teaching appointments, society leadership, credentials, rhinoplasty focus and public work. The method is published.
• Sponsor placements are paid, labeled as sponsored, fixed in position, and never inside a ranking, a score or an editorial judgement.

What this is not

It is not medical advice. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for a consultation with a licensed physician. Reading it creates no doctor-patient relationship. Decisions about surgery belong to you and the surgeon who examines you.

It is not a ranking of surgical skill, safety or outcome. The Top 50 score measures a public record, not results in an operating room. It is not a certification, an accreditation, an endorsement or a referral. A surgeon's absence from it means nothing about that surgeon.

It is not canonical, and it is not current. This is a web resource about a field that moves. Surgeons relocate, retire, change appointments and rebuild their websites. Journals publish, correct and retract. Techniques, materials, standards of care and prices change. Everything here was true of a public page on the day we read it and may be out of date by the time you read it. Treat every figure, quote, credential, address, phone number and price as a starting point, and confirm anything that matters directly with the surgeon, the practice, the society or the journal. The doctors are the authority on their own facts. We are not.

It is not complete, and it is not perfect. The web is inconsistent and machine-read data carries errors. Pages are missed, misread and misfiled. We do our best with what is publicly available. We make no promise, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for any purpose, or the availability of anything linked from here.

We are independent and unaffiliated. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, employed by, paid by or acting as an agent for any surgeon, practice, hospital, society or journal named on this site, except where a placement is labeled as sponsored. Editorial listing cannot be bought.

Everything belongs to whoever made it. Every claim, quote, figure and date links to the material it came from. Papers link to the journal or the PubMed record. Quotes link to the page they were taken from. Images and galleries link to the practice or outlet that published them. Videos play through YouTube's own embed and stream from YouTube. We host no video and claim no rights in any of it; each embed credits and links the channel that uploaded it. All names, marks, papers, images and video remain the property of their authors, publishers and owners and appear here as attributed reference.

Links leave this site. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for anything on a page we link to, including its accuracy, its claims, its pricing or its privacy practices.
