What is on record
Two rhinoplasties (self-reported). Reported, not confirmed by him: dermatologist Arnold Klein said he "had rebuilt Jackson's nose because its cartilage had totally collapsed" (CNN, 2009); the autopsy report noted "one scar beside each of his nostrils." Counts above two are reports.
"he had only had two rhinoplasties" (Moonwalk (Doubleday, 1988), pp. 229–230; quoted via Wikipedia, Health and appearance of Michael Jackson (citing Jackson pp. 229–230; CNN 2009-07-08 for Klein))
